Veronica (Banjazek) Brown Veronica (Banjazek) Brown, 89, of Pottstown, widow of Harry N. Brown, died Friday at Sanatoga Center. Born in Pottstown, PA, she was a daughter of the late Anthony Banjazek and the late Elizabeth (Zglavnik) Banjazek. She was a seamstress for Magic Sleeper Mattress Company for twenty years. Mrs. Brown was a member of Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Church. She is survived by two sons James H. husband of Charlotte J. Brown, Pottstown, John R. husband of Sandra M. Brown, Gilbertsville; two daughters Christine M. Seltzer, Fairfax Station, VA, Michele wife of Edmund J. Marchesani, Pottstown; a sister Mary Maslar, Maryland; ten grandchildren Kevin Brown, Kimberly Donohue, Jennifer Lloyd, Angela Lloyd, Christopher Brown, Christopher Derecola, Karen Palladino, Timothy Brown, Kylie Friend,and Matthew Friend, and twelve great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother John Banjazek, a sister Ann Poplarski. A Funeral Mass will be held 11:00 A.M. on Friday August 21, 2009 from Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Church 1228 Main Street, Linfield. A funeral procession will leave the funeral home 10:30 A.M. on Friday. Officiating will be Father Paul C. Brandt. Burial will be private in Holy Trinity Cemetery. There will be a viewing Thursday evening from 7:00 to 8:30 P.M. at the Schumacher & Benner Funeral Home & Crematory 359 King Street, Pottstown. Contributions may be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society care of Kathi Campion Fulton Bank 799 State Street Pottstown, PA 19464.
