Mary (Palmier) Fontana
Mary (Palmier) Fontana, 87, of West Race Street, Stowe, widow of Albert J. Fontana, died Monday at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center. Born in Exeter, PA, she was a daughter of the late Dominic Palmier and the late Dorlorod (Costello) Palmier. Mrs. Fontana was a homemaker, a member of St. Gabriel's Catholic Church, Stowe, and a member of St. Gabriel's Lodge, Stowe. She is survived by three sons Dominic J. Fontana, Pottstown, Michael F. Fontana, Pottstown, Ralph E. Fontana, Bechtelsville; a sister Florence Fontana, Stowe; six grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. Memorial Services will be 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday September 8, 2009 from the Schumacher & Benner Funeral Home & Crematory 359 King Street, Pottstown. Officiating will be Father Thomas Nasta. Burial will be in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Stowe. The family will recieve friends Tuesday from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home.
