Ursula F. (Keller) Durchin
Ursula F. (Keller) Durchin, 78, of Pottstown, widow of John G. Durchin Sr., died Tuesday at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center. Born in Pottstown, PA, she was a daughter of the late Stephen Keller and Anna Mickiewicz. Mrs. Durchin worked as a telephone operator for the former Bell Telephone Co. Pottstown and in addition had worked for Shultz Bakery of Pottstown and Kooly Cup of Boyertown. She was a member of the former Saint Peter's Catholic Church Womens Guild and had been the secretary of Voter Registration for the Democratic party. Surviving are three sons John G. Durchin Jr. husband of Robin Durchin, Pottstown; Martin T. Durchin husband of Jeanette Durchin, Pottstown; and Steven A. Durchin husband of Beth Durchin, Millersville. Five grandchildren Brian J., Kevin T., Monica E., Amy E., and Molly A. Durchin. She was preceded in death by one sister Sandy (Keller) Kulp. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. Burial will be private in Saint Aloysius Cemetery. There will be no viewing. Arrangements are by the Schumacher & Benner Funeral Home & Crematory, at 359 King St. in Pottstown, PA. |
