L. Jean (Ziegler) Carpenter
L. Jean (Ziegler) Carpenter, 68, wife of John R. Carpenter, died Thursday March 4, 2010 at Dunellon, FL. She was formerly of Birdsboro. Born in Pottstown, PA, she was a daughter of the late Leon J. "Tip" Ziegler Sr. and the late Iona K. (Wenhold) Ziegler. Mrs. Carpenter was a 1960 graduate of Spring-Ford High School and was employed as a secretary at the Pottstown AAA. Jean was the proud grandmother of Ehnan, Wyatt, and Asa. Surviving in addition to her husband and grandchildren is a daughter Deborah J. wife of Norbert Behringer, Mohnton; sister Janet E. wife of David Handley, Hatfield; brother Leon J. Ziegler Jr. and his wife Gloria, Royersford; one Aunt and one Uncle; Fourteen Nieces and twelve Nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Memorial Service on Tuesday March 16, 2010 from Limerick Garden of Memories Good Shepherd Mausoleum at 11:00 am. Burial will be in Limerick Garden of Memories.
