Faye Annice (Mohler) Ziegler
Faye Annice (Mohler) Ziegler, 65, widow of Earl Ray "Butch" Ziegler, Sr., died Sunday at Sanatoga Center, Lower Pottsgrove. Born in Pottstown, PA, she was a daughter of the late George Mohler and Dorothy (Tyce) Subranni. Mrs. Ziegler loved to learn and continued her education by taking college classes on the subjects that interested her throughout her life. Faye was a cashier for 28 years at the High St. Rite Aid, Pottstown. Mrs. Ziegler was a former member of the Transfiguration Lutheran Church where she volunteered as a Sunday School teacher, Alter Guild, Sunday School Treasurer, and Church Council Member. She also helped with decorating and volunteering. Mrs. Ziegler has since belonged to Emmanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, Pottstown. Faye also volunteered at Parkhouse Providence Point, Royersford; she loved to bake wedding cakes, volunteer whenever she was able. Surviving are one son Earl Ray Ziegler, Jr. husband of Maryann E., Pottstown; two daughters Amy B. wife of Kenneth W. McLaughlin, Royersford; and Wendy Lynn Ziegler Companion of Michael Hill, Exeter; one sister Winifred wife of David Connor, Coral Springs, FL; six grandchildren, Stephanie wife of Robert Grepps, Deena Ziemba, Samantha and Taylor Ziegler, Travis Linsenbigler husband of Mary, and Kelsey McLaughlin; two great- grandchildren Makenzie Grepps and Aiden Dray; and her beloved Dachshund Pepper. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by one son Jeffrey David Ziegler. Funeral services will be held 10:00 am on Saturday from Emmanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, 150 N. Hanover Street, Pottstown, PA. Officiating will be Reverend Lynette Chapman. Burial will be held in Highland Memorial Park. There will be a visitation on Friday evening from 7:00 to 8:30 pm from the Schumacher & Benner Funeral Home & Crematory, 359 King Street, Pottstown, PA.
