Norman R. Moore
Norman R. "Mose" Moore, 83, of Douglass Twp., Boyertown, died Sunday at his residence. Born in Chester County, PA, he was a son of the late Harry Moore and the late Minnie (Ritter) Moore. Mr. Moore worked for a Casting Company in Boyertown. He was a former member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church. Mr. Moore raced stock cars for 20 years at Sanatoga Raceway, Reading and Hatfield Speedways. He also was a member of the bowling association. Surviving are two sisters Edna Seibold, N. Coventry Twp.; and Miriam Loomis, N. Coventry Twp. He was preceded in death by one brother Harry Moore and one sister Grace Wirag. There will be a viewing on Wednesday from 7:00 until 8:30 pm from the Schumacher & Benner Funeral Home & Crematory, 359 King Street, Pottstown. Services and burial will be private and held at the convience of the family at Pottstown Cemetery - West. Arrangements are by the Schumacher & Benner Funeral Home & Crematory, at 359 King St. in Pottstown, PA. |
