F. David Kelius

F. David Kelius, 83, husband of Leslie T. Kelius, died Thursday, September 15, 2022 at the home of his daughter in Lititz, PA.

Born in Limerick, PA he was a son of the late Milton S. & M. Eleanor (Ortlip) Kelius.

Dave was the owner and operator of Dave Kelius Construction of Limerick, PA for over 45 years, retiring at the age of 78.

He was a member of Tri County Bible Church and served as a Deacon of the church for many years.

He was a Past President of the Limerick Lions Club; a life member of the NRA; and a Charter member of the Limerick Bowman Club. David was an avid hunter, taking many hunting trips around the country.

Surviving in addition to his wife Leslie, are two daughters, Katherine "Kate" M. wife of Douglass Guldin, Barto; Theresa "Terry" A. wife of Michael S. Diehl Sr., Lititz. Two brothers, John F. Kelius and his wife Dawn, Pottstown; Ray R. Kelius and his wife June, Pottstown. Four grandchildren, David G. Gantert; Amanda J. Bojako; Michael S. Diehl Jr.; Hannah R. Shenk. Ten great grandchildren, Kearsten; Carter; Preston; Layla; Lawson; Crew; Savannah; Charlotte; Michael III; and Braven. He was predeceased by three brothers, Clyde, Donald and Charles Kelius; four sisters, Evelyn Roberts; Ruth Laubmeier; Rosealie Wilson; Anna Long; and one granddaughter, Rachel M. Randler.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 am on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at Tri County Bible Church, 142 Buchert Road, Gilbertsville, PA 19525. There will be a viewing on Tuesday evening from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm and on Wednesday from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at the church. Burial will be in Falkner Swamp Cemetery, Gilbertsville, PA.

Arrangements are by the Schumacher & Benner Funeral Home & Crematory, at 359 King St. in Pottstown, PA.

The services will be held at Tri County Bible Church.
